What was happening

On the Tasks workboard, your preferences didn’t stick. If you refreshed the page or signed out and back in, your workboard settings reset to the defaults.

This could affect:

• Filters (for example: assignee, status, date range)
• Sorting (what you sort by and the direction)
• Column preferences (such as which columns you show/hide)

What we fixed

Your workboard preferences now persist between sessions. When you return to the Tasks workboard, it keeps the same filters, sorting, and column setup you last used—without needing to reconfigure anything.

Where to find it

1. Go to Portal
2. Select Tasks
3. Use the workboard filters, sorting, and column preferences as usual
