Fix recordings disappearing after linking to a household

Recordings no longer vanish from the Capture page after being linked to a newly created household.

What was happening

After you linked a conversation recording to a newly created household, the recording could disappear from the Capture page. It wasn’t deleted, but it became temporarily invisible until you refreshed your session.

What we fixed

Recordings stay visible on the Capture page immediately after you link them to a household—even if that household was just created. If you link a recording to a household you can view, it continues to show up as expected under that household.
