What changed

When you link a transcript to a meeting note, the selection list now shows a Used indicator next to any recording that’s already linked to another note. This gives you a quick way to spot transcripts that are already in use, so you can avoid accidental duplicates and find an available transcript faster.

The indicator is informational only—you can still link a recording marked Used if you intentionally want the same transcript attached to multiple notes.

Where to find it

1. Go to Meeting Notes
2. Open an Entity
3. Select Link Transcript
4. In the modal, look for the Used indicator in the recordings list
