What changed

The Conversations page is simpler to use. Clicking any recording now opens its transcript immediately, so you don’t have to deal with selection behavior before you can review what was said.

Pop-up windows across Conversations are also cleaner and more consistent. They’re easier to scan, and the on-screen keyboard hints make it clearer how to move around and close the window.
