What was happening

On some loads, Advisor Terminal could get stuck on the “Syncing terminal…” screen for 20+ seconds before you could do anything. This was most noticeable if you opened the app after being away for a while, refreshed the page, or had a larger dataset to sync.

What we fixed

The app no longer stalls during initial sync. In most cases, you should get to a usable screen in under a second instead of waiting through a 20-second delay.

If you still see a long “Syncing terminal…” screen, refresh once and let support know what browser you’re using and roughly how long it took.
