Correct Timezone on Meeting Notes from Recordings

We've fixed meeting notes from recordings showing UTC times instead of your practice timezone.
What was happening
Meeting notes generated from a recording could show the meeting time and date in UTC instead of your practice timezone. For example, a 1:00 PM Eastern meeting could appear as 5:00 PM in the note, and late-day meetings could sometimes show the wrong calendar date.
In the document sidebar (when sorting by Note Date), some notes could also show misleading relative timestamps like “13h ago” even though the note date is today.
What we fixed
Generated meeting notes now display the correct meeting date and time in your practice timezone.
In the document sidebar, notes dated today now display as “Today” when sorting by Note Date, and the inconsistent date tooltip is removed to avoid confusion.
