What was happening

In some cases, you could see document titles and details for entities you don’t have access to. This showed up in Dashboard → Recent Activity and Archive → Documents.

What we fixed

Documents now only appear if you have access to the entity they belong to. If you don’t have permission to view an entity, its documents no longer show up in Recent Activity or the Documents archive list.

Where to find it

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Open Recent Activity
