Rename your recordings and transcripts directly from the app.

What's new

You can rename a recording (and its transcript) after it’s finished processing. This helps you keep client conversations organized with titles that match your naming conventions—without downloading files or re-running transcription.

Editing is available only for completed recordings, and title changes are tracked for compliance.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Conversations
  2. Find the recording row
  3. Select Edit (pencil icon)

Or:

  1. Go to CRM
  2. Open an Entity
  3. Select Transcriptions
  4. Find the recording row
  5. Select Edit (pencil icon)
