What changed

The Link Recording modal has a refreshed layout that matches the rest of Advisor Terminal’s modal styling. Key details (like the recording title, date, and duration) are easier to scan at a glance, and the primary action is more visually distinct.

The modal also behaves more reliably when you’re selecting an entity—dropdowns and selection controls stay in front of the modal content so you can complete the link flow without visual overlap.

Where to find it

1. Go to Conversations
2. Open Recording
3. Select Link Recording
