Client Group Unlink Operations Now Complete Properly

Fixed unlink modal getting stuck on "Unlinking..." even after successful completion.

What was happening

When you unlinked a client from a Client Group, the confirmation modal could stay stuck on “Unlinking…” even though the client was already removed from the group. This made it unclear whether the action finished and often required closing and reopening the modal to confirm.

What we fixed

The unlink process now completes properly:

  • The “Unlinking…” status clears when the unlink finishes.
  • The modal updates correctly after completion, so you can continue working without guessing whether it worked.

Where to find it

  1. Go to CRM
  2. Open Client Group
  3. Select Manage Group Clients
  4. Choose Unlink next to the client you want to remove
