Accurate Recording Dates for Uploaded Meetings

Meeting notes now show the correct recording date, even for past recordings uploaded later.
What was happening
If you uploaded a recording after the meeting (for example, importing last week’s call today), the date shown on the recording card—and reflected in the meeting notes—could show the upload date instead of the date the meeting actually occurred.
What we fixed
Meeting notes and recording cards now show the correct meeting date based on when the recording happened, even if you upload the file later or the recording is processed after the fact. This keeps your conversation history accurate when you review past meetings or share notes internally.
Where to find it
- Go to Conversations
- Open any recording
- Check the date shown on the recording card
