Your login is now protected against repeated failed sign-in attempts. After several incorrect password entries, you’ll see a warning, and continued attempts will temporarily lock the account to reduce the risk of password-guessing attacks.

Password reset is also updated. Instead of an automated reset link, the Forgot Password flow now routes your request to support via SMS so you can get back into your account reliably without exposing whether an email address exists in the system.

Where to find it

1. Go to the Login page.
2. To reset access, select Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email and submit the request.
