Portfolio Shift Lock UX, Toast Upgrades, and Layout Refinements

What changed
Portfolio Shift makes it clearer when your target portfolio is locked vs. unlocked. The header and lock controls now reflect the current status at a glance, and the lock button labels describe the current state (“Locked” / “Unlocked”) instead of an action.
Notifications in Portfolio Shift are more consistent and easier to interpret. Success messages close automatically after a short time, while error messages stay on screen until you dismiss them—so you don’t miss an issue mid-workflow.
Several layout and labeling refinements reduce visual clutter and prevent overlap in tighter layouts. Quick Actions uses clearer names, tab toggles look consistent across sections, target position cards fit better at narrow widths, and the Target Portfolio shows an empty state when there are no target positions.
