What was happening

In Vault, folder file counts could show 0 even when the folder (or its subfolders) contained files. This happened in both grid and list views, which made it harder to confirm at a glance where documents were stored.

What we fixed

Folder file counts now display the correct number of files in both grid and list views, including for nested subfolders. This makes folder totals reliable when you’re scanning the Vault or checking whether a folder has content.

Where to find it

1. Go to Vault
2. Open any folder with files
