What was happening

• The Vault file menu (three dots / right-click) sometimes looked off-brand and could show extra divider lines.
• The menu could show View even for files that can’t be previewed.
• Folder rows didn’t consistently show what was inside them (file and subfolder counts) in the main list/grid, even though that information appeared in the preview panel.
• In list view, columns could shift as you moved between items, making the table feel unstable.

What we fixed

• The context menu uses consistent styling and shows clean, correct dividers.
• View only appears when the file can actually be previewed (for example, PDFs and images).
• Folders now show their contents in both list and grid views (for example, “3 files - 2 folders”), so you can assess what’s inside without opening the folder.
• The list view table holds steady with consistent column widths, reducing layout shifting while you work.
