Sorting & Search in Archived Tasks

Find and organize archived tasks with search and 5 sort options

What's new

The CRM archived tasks view now includes full sorting and search capabilities:

Sorting

  • Priority (high to low or low to high)
  • Due Date (soonest or latest first)
  • Created Date (newest or oldest first)
  • Last Modified (recent or old first)
  • Title (A-Z or Z-A)

Click the same sort option again to reverse the direction. Your preference is saved separately from active task sorting.

Search

Type to filter archived tasks by title or person name. The search is URL-based, so you can share or bookmark filtered views.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Portal → CRM
  2. Select a client or client group
  3. Click the "Archived Tasks" tab
  4. Use the sort dropdown and search field
