See each person's role when selecting participants for documents

What's new

When creating or editing documents, the participant selector now shows each person's role within their entity. For example:

  • "John Smith - Trustee"
  • "Jane Doe - Account Holder"
  • "Bob Johnson - Director"

This helps you quickly identify the right participants when an entity has multiple people with different roles.

Supports all role types across households, corporations, and trusts.

Where to find it

  1. Create or edit any document (Meeting Notes, Snapshot, etc.)
  2. Look at the participant/attendee selector
  3. Roles appear after each person's name
