Smarter Toast Notifications with Retry

Failed actions now show Retry buttons, and error notifications stay visible until dismissed.
What changed
When an action fails, the notification stays on screen until you dismiss it, so you don’t miss important errors (especially during busy workflows). Many error notifications now include a Retry button, letting you re-run the same action immediately without backing up and starting over.
Notifications are also more consistent across the app, and up to three recent notifications can stay visible at once—so quick back-to-back confirmations don’t replace each other.

- Login and onboarding
- Settings and billing
- CRM (clients, entities, imports)
- Vault (links, uploads)
- Recordings
