What was happening

In some recordings, the speaker dropdowns only showed your practice members (plus the option to type a custom name). People you had selected from linked entities didn’t appear as choices, even when they were clearly part of the meeting.

What we fixed

Selected people from linked entities now appear as options in the speaker dropdowns. This applies both to the Speakers section and the inline speaker badges in the transcript, so you can assign speakers to the right contact without workarounds.

Where to find it

1. Go to Recordings
2. Open a recording to view recording details
3. Use the dropdowns in Speakers or the Transcript speaker badges
