What was happening

Opening a document (especially Snapshots) would sometimes trigger an auto-save even though no changes were made. This cluttered the edit history and caused unnecessary save indicators.

What we fixed

The auto-save system now properly captures its baseline after the document content is loaded, preventing false "dirty" detection. This fix applies to all document types: Meeting Notes, Portfolio Shift, Snapshots, and Wealth Path.
