Lead the conversation. Leave the details to Capture.

Hit record and forget it is there. No bot joins the call and nothing shows on screen, so you can give the conversation your full attention while Capture remembers every detail for you.

The conversation is where everything else begins.

Every detail your client shares is the raw material for the rest of your work. Capture holds onto all of it and feeds the whole Terminal: the meeting note you send, the tasks on your Workboard, the numbers in a snapshot, the plan in a wealth path. Get the conversation down once, and everything that follows is built on a record you can trust.

Quiet capture

The only ones in the room are you and your client.

Nothing is more awkward than a bot popping into a call to announce it is recording. It puts clients on edge, and an uneasy client shares less. Capture never shows up: it joins quietly in the background or listens in the room from your device, in person or on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet, while the meeting stays open and natural.

Open the capture. The whole meeting is there.

Capture transcribes the conversation, works out who said what, and lays it out exactly the way you would want it.

  • A clean summary up top, and the full transcript labelled by speaker.
  • Filed to the right client in a tap.
  • One button hands it off to a polished meeting note.

How are you both feeling about the kids' education fund this year?

David Harrison0:26

We'd really like to start putting money aside for it. We just haven't set anything up yet.

Sarah Chen0:41

Let's open an RESP to capture the grant, and rebalance the non-registered account while we're at it.

Mobile app

Not every meeting happens at your desk.

The best conversations happen over coffee, at a client's kitchen table, in the moments between meetings. The Capture app puts all of it in your pocket.

  • Capture any meeting on the go, then link it to the right client and save.

Your data, your rules

You decide what is kept, and
for how long.

Once a capture becomes a meeting note, the audio and transcript behind it are just source material. Every firm has its own rules for how long that data can live, so Capture bends to yours and keeps exactly what your compliance requires, and nothing longer than it has to.

Retention PolicyYou decide

What happens to the source audio and transcript once the meeting note is created.

Audio
Transcript

The audio is deleted immediately. The transcript is deleted after 7 days. Applied to every capture once its note is created.

  • Once the note is written, keep the source audio, keep only the transcript, or delete either one on the schedule you set.
  • Choose immediately, after seven days, after thirty, or never, to match your regulatory and privacy obligations.
  • Set it once as your firm's policy and every capture follows it, with no case-by-case cleanup.

Be there for the conversation. Keep exactly what you need.

Capture is the quiet foundation the rest of your day is built on. You stay in the moment, and the record takes care of itself.

Be fully presentNo pen, no laptop, no bot sitting between you and your client. Just the conversation, captured for you while you give it your full attention.
Nothing to wire upNo external transcription service to connect, manage, or pay for. Recording and transcription are built in and ready the moment you are.
The start of everythingWhat you talk through becomes the first draft of your meeting notes and the follow-ups waiting on your Workboard.
