Recording Pipeline Reliability and Silence Auto-Stop

We've fixed a recording failure caused by oversized files and added automatic silence detection.
What was happening
If a meeting recording was left running for a long time, the file could become too large to save reliably. In those cases, the recording might fail during processing, leaving you without a usable recording for your meeting notes.
What we fixed
Long recordings are handled more reliably, including better protection against recordings that grow too large to save. You’re less likely to see a recording fail after a long session.
Recordings also stop automatically after 10 minutes of continuous silence. If no audio is detected, you’ll see a warning with a countdown, and the recording will auto-stop and save unless audio resumes or you stop it manually.
