What's new

Prospective entities (potential clients you haven't onboarded yet) are now excluded from your practice metrics totals. The dashboard shows your actual client count, with a separate "+X prospective" indicator so you can still track your pipeline.

This gives you accurate metrics for your active practice while keeping prospective clients visible.

Where to find it

1. Go to Portal → Dashboard
2. View your practice metrics
3. Prospective entities appear as "+X prospective" next to the main count
