Select multiple files and folders in Vault and take action on them in one step. This is useful when you’re cleaning up a client’s document set, moving a batch of statements into a new folder, or downloading a full set of items for offline review.

Once you select more than one item, the Vault toolbar switches to bulk actions. You can download everything as a single ZIP (with the folder structure preserved), move the selection to a different folder, or delete the selection with one confirmation.

Where to find it

1. Go to Portal
2. Open Vault (at the Practice level or inside an Entity)
3. Select multiple items, then use the bulk actions bar (Download, Move, Delete)
