What was happening

When you were generating meeting notes in Compose, the Attachments button (paperclip icon) could be missing. This prevented you from attaching items like transcripts or trade actions while drafting.

If you attached a transcript, the notes generator could also pull in messy, machine-formatted transcript data, which made the transcript hard to read and less useful as context for the generated notes.

What we fixed

The Attachments (paperclip) icon is now available during Compose whenever attachments are available, so you can add transcripts or other supporting items while generating notes.

Transcript attachments now appear in a clean, readable format with speaker names and timestamps (for example: Jordan (0:02): …), so the notes generator uses clear context instead of raw transcript data.

2. Select an Entity
3. Open Compose
4. Select Attachments (paperclip icon)
