Tasks now support multiple assignees. You can assign a task to everyone involved (for example: lead advisor, CSA, and paraplanner) without creating duplicate tasks or picking a single “owner.”

Assignee changes are also tracked in the task’s activity timeline. When someone is added or removed, you’ll see a clear record of what changed, helping your team stay aligned—especially when multiple people are working the same client workflow.

Where to find it

1. Go to Portal
2. Select Tasks
3. Create a new task or edit an existing task
4. Open Assignees and select one or more team members
