Archived Entities Now Appear Immediately

Archived entities now appear in the Archive section instantly after archiving.

What was happening

After you archived an entity (household, corporation, or trust), it didn’t always show up right away in the Archive section. In some cases, you had to wait up to an hour before it appeared.

You may also have seen inconsistent wording in the Archive area, where some places still referred to “Clients” instead of “Entities.”

What we fixed

Archived entities appear in the Archive section immediately after you archive them, so you can confirm the change right away.

The Archive area now consistently uses “Entities” (instead of “Clients”) for clearer, consistent labeling.

Where to find it

  1. Go to CRM
  2. Open an Entity
  3. Select Archive
  4. View the Archive Section
